June Challenges at SFS

Hi all :)

Over at Scrapbooking from Scratch they have three monthly challenges; a sketch, a quote and a colour challenge. 
And I have managed to get all three done this month!!
First up is my take on the colour challenge:

Playing with colour

Good morning,

Recently I was lucky enough to go retreating at Summerland Point with a lovely bunch of ladies. Peta from Scrapbooking from Scratch was out hostess (you can find out more here).
There was lots of demos and classes, one being with the talented Lisa Oxley. She was so inspiring with her love of colour and her enthusiasm for life, I just LOVED it!!
I managed to get two pages done whilst on retreat using her techniques/inspiration and a lots of backgrounds ready to complete when I got home.
Here they are:

 

And these two on the weekend using the backgrounds I had premade at retreat (no waiting for them to dry:) )

A few more May Challlenges

Hi all,

Just popping in to share a couple of layouts I managed to get done over the weekend.
The first one is for the Kraft it up challenge blog. This months challenge is:

May is the month of VINTAGE at Kraft It Up!!!!

This month we want to see some vintage inspired layouts, as you can see from the below examples you're layout can be what I would describe as classic vintage or modern vintage and anything in between!

The only requirement's are that you create your layout on Kraft Patterned Paper or Kraft Cardstock and your entry must be created for this challenge ONLY!!!

SFS Challenges

Wow time to blog!! 
Things seem to be a bit hectic lately, but I managed to scrap a bit last weekend and this is what I managed to create. 
I shouldn't complain too much though I did manage to spend a weekend away at the Scrapbooking From Scratch Retreat at the end of April. It was a wonderful weekend away and got me back in the mood to scrap. I haven't managed to photograph my layouts from the retreat yet, but will share eventually!!
So back to my share...they are both  for monthly challenges at SFS.
