A Wicked Retreat!!

WOW!! That is all I can say, WOW!!
I had the most awesome weekend in Brisbane at the first ever WICKED PRINCESS RETREAT.
I met so many lovely ladies, laughed out loud (often), ate and of course shopped!! I think I might of come close to the biggest spender, but hey with all those gorgeous scrappy supplies right there, how can you resist???
Oh and I did manage to scrap a few pages as well LOL
I really wanted to get a 8x11 album done for one of my girlfriends little boys. He recently turned one and I asked her if I could create an album for his birthday. I'm really happy with how they turned out, so I hope she loves them too:)
I also managed to do two other layouts for me and I will share them with you now!!
You will just have to wait another day for the 8x11 ones because I haven't given her the album yet, so I don't want her too sneak a peak!! So hopefull tomorrow I can share with you :)

And a photo of all the retreat girls (all were super nice and friendly) and me and my roomies for the weekend (these three girls made the weekend for me: totally gorgeous, funny and talented!!!

This week

Hello!!!
Well I am having a lovely Sunday:)
Been at the skate park with the kids, shooting netball hoops and scrapping!! And as an added bonus; Pizza and Bourbon for dinner in front of the fire!!
Well on the scrapping front this is what I've managed to get done this week:

First up my Week 2 art journal page over at Wicked Princesses; Princess was our word to use as inspiration.

This next page is a scrap lift from one of Tara Scobies pages in the current Scrapbook Creations magazine. I {heart} her work, it's always so lovely and her photos are awesome!! Sorry bit of hero worshipping happening LOL

This next one is for the second sketch at Wicked Princesses for May.

And as you can see I have a bit of a fascination with paint at the moment :0

Cybercrop Results

Last week I played along at the Cybercrop over at Wicked Princess.
The theme was movies and there was three challenges to complete.
I was really happy with my layouts and had a great time chatting, playing bingo and of course scrapping:)
And because it was the weekend of the Royal Wedding we all joined in by sharing some of our wedding photos!! It was so nice to get to know some of the girls that bit better because in a couple of weeks we will be scrapping together IRL :)
